We have made some changes to the sections on our Prescribing Resources page to try to make it easier to see what resources are available. PDF files that were previously in the section “Treatment Selectors (by patient characteristics)” have been moved to one of three new sections – “Interactions Explained”, “Key Notes on …”, and “Prescribing and Dosing Guidance”.
In addition, three new PDFs have been added to Prescribing Resources. A new treatment selector for herbal and mineral supplements is listed in “Treatment Selectors (by therapeutic indications)” and details of the mechanisms by which these occur are summarised in a PDF in the new “Interactions Explained” section. This section also contains a new PDF on interactions following oral or intramuscular administration.
