Over the last few months we have been updating the list of antiretrovirals to include specific combinations and new coformulations.
- Darunavir has been split into darunavir/cobicistat (coformulated as Prezcobix or Rezolsta) and darunavir + ritonavir (available as Prezista + Norvir). The new single tablet regimen of darunavir/cobicistat/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (Symtuza) has also been added.
- The components of PrEP (emtricitabine and tenofovir-DF) have long been available on the website, but a new combined listing (emtricitabine/tenofovir-DF) has now been added.
- A new coformulation containing dolutegravir and rilpivirine (Juluca) has been included, to complement the existing separate entries of these two drugs.
These five new additions to the HIV drug listing represent ~3500 interactions which have had to be assessed and uploaded and takes the total number of interactions on the website to ~25,000.
