As well as showing the structure and trade names for each drug, the fact sheets summarise key Information on pharmacokinetic parameters, metabolism and distribution. Fact sheets are currently available for the PIs, NRTIs, NNRTIs, entry/integrase inhibitors and hepatitis antivirals.
